COMPANY ACTIVITIES:  

DESIGN & ENGINEERING:

Design & conceptualization of process & operations flow chart.
Drafting of system architecture.
Selection of proper hardware & software as per process requirement.
Designing of circuit drawings using Auto-cad & E-Plan software.

MANUFACTURING:

Procurement of material (hardware & software).
Assembly of components as per design & engineering.
To adhere all the assembly & safety requirements as per IEC & UL-508A.
In-house machine software development as per process requirement for various PLC’s, Drives & MMI.
Stage wise internal inspection & Simulation test of all the items manufactured.
Inspection by Customer Representative, Third party agencies & FAT.

INSTALATION & COMMISSIONING:

Preparation of documents required for equipment’s installation.
Provide Site supervision & services during installation.
Cold test of individual equipment.
Synchronization & Load test of equipment as per required process parameters. 
Class room & on job Training of equipment & system handling.

SERVICES:

Provide warranty services for the equipment & systems supplied by us.
Provide onsite/online technical support during break down & routine maintenance.
System study & analysis of the existing Old/New equipment’s for enhancing the productivity/performance.
